How Our In-Office Mill Creates Your Same-Day Crown
The process begins with a digital scan that captures a precise impression of your tooth—no messy materials involved. This scan is sent directly to our in-office mill, where your crown is digitally treatment-planned. Once the crown is milled, we place it over your tooth immediately—no second appointment or temporary crown required.
Our cutting-edge CAD/CAM software creates a 3D model of your tooth based on the digital impression. This model determines the exact measurements needed for your crown. Our in-office mill then fabricates the crown while you relax, so by the end of your appointment, you’ll have a fully restored tooth, ready for years of reliable function.
